Rule 12
The post will be cancelled
(1) Except for the permanent position as per Section 15 of the Act, if the position cannot be permanently filled for two years from the date of creation, the vacant position shall be considered automatically canceled and its records shall be updated by the civil library.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a demand is sent to the Public Service Commission for the permanent filling of a vacant post, such post shall not be canceled until the Public Service Commission recommends for permanent filling.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the civil library shall give notice of cancellation of posts to the Ministry of General Administration, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health and related offices.
